As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Rivers Women’s Charity Volunteer Network. Whether you can contribute a few hours a week or take on a leadership role, there is a place for you in our team.
Volunteer Roles Available:
Community & Outreach
Community Engagement Volunteer – Assist with outreach, connect with women in need, and help spread awareness.
Community Engagement Lead – Oversee engagement efforts, build relationships, and support women directly.
Volunteer Coordinator – Recruit, train, and support volunteers to ensure smooth team operations.
Digital & Communications
Social Media & Outreach Coordinator – Manage our online presence, create content, and engage with the community.
IT & Digital Skills Volunteer – Support women in learning digital skills and accessing online services.
IT Training Lead – Develop and deliver digital literacy and computer skills training.
Support & Well-being
Well-being & Support Volunteer – Provide emotional guidance and signpost women to appropriate services.
Mentor & Peer Support Volunteer – Offer one-on-one mentorship and peer-led guidance for women facing challenges.
Training & Development
Training & Workshop Facilitator – Lead skill-building workshops and empowerment sessions.
Events & Administration
Events & Fundraising Volunteer – Help organize fundraising campaigns and community events. Administrative Support Volunteer – Assist with emails, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Administrative Assistant – Provide dedicated support for day-to-day operations and communications. Executive Assistant to Chair & Senior Independent Director – Support leadership activities, stakeholder engagement, and high-level coordination.
